Miramar, FL – BYB kicked off its 2023 calendar year at the sold out Miramar National Guard Armory in Miramar, Florida in a night that saw Nadine Mandiau defeat Randine Eckholm by majority decision in the evening’s fight of the night.

During the live PPV broadcast, NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal joined announcers Mike Goldberg and Paulie Malignaggi to provide color on a pair of bare knuckle matchups.

In the main event, bare knuckle newcomer Tommy “The Samurai” Turner made quick and impressive work out of Henry “The Pitbull” Williams.

In the co-main, Giovannie “King Gio” Gonzalez also scored a W in his debut, besting Anthony Retic by UD.

In a battle of BYB vets to kick off the evening, JD “The Berzerker” Burns defeated Alan Arzeno by 2nd Round TKO.

Joshua “The Preacherman” Oxendine scored KO of the night with a 2nd round TKO of Cody Jenkins.

Bamidele Gray defeated bare knuckle vet Art Parker in his debut by unanimous decision.

Trevor Ollision stunned fan favorite Isaiah Quinones with a 1st round TKO.

Ryan Jett was disqualified and referee Bobby Wombacher ruled a no contest against hometown favorite Angel Hernandez.
