CARDIFF, WALES – BYB Extreme, the biggest and baddest bare knuckle company on the planet, will return to Wales on February 1, 2025 for BYB 36 Cardiff Brawl II. Following the promotion’s Wales debut this past August in front of a sold-out crowd, BYB Head of European Operations Jim Freeman announced today that headlining the February event will be the 10-1 “Welsh Wrecking Machine” Barrie Jones moving up a weight class and challenging BYB Light Heavyweight Champion, Venezuela’s Gregoris Cisneros. Cisneros is 4-1 with his only loss coming in his BYB debut by way of disqualification.
Said Freeman, “As much as any place, Wales has quickly become a hotbed of young superstars in the world of bare knuckle, and the fanbase has responded accordingly. While we continue to grow and establish ourselves as the worldwide leader in bare knuckle, BYB is proud to have found a recurring home in the fight-hungry Welsh market. We’ll continue to put on the best, high-quality shows, and leave fans wanting more.”

Also scheduled to be featured on the BYB 36 card are rising bare knuckle stars Alex Wilson and Kallum Skhane, UFC veteran Jack Marshman, Ryan McCann, and Joe Smith, and the BYB debuts of Ellis Shepherd, former WBC International Bantamweight and EBU European Super Flyweight champion Ashley Brace, and 10x Welsh and 2x British boxing champion Keiron Harding.
